This project was maintained after a two-phases competition, that started in 2005.Wuhan Station is one of the four largest chinese stations, with Beijing South, Shanghai Hongqiao and Guangzhou.

MaP3 participated in the design and calculation of roof structure and the cladding, the station deck tray and the railroad bridges, in cooperation with IGOA engineers.
