The tiers are conceived like reinforced earth slopes

MaP3 is charged with the metallic structure conception and the tight fabric facing. The structure is made of 27 meters high cantilever beams, anchored in the shape of reinforced concrete hollow cubes.

The metallic structure was conceived in Corten painted steel, to satisfy a demand for few maintenance needs in spite of an aggressive seaside atmosphere. The structure elements are in folded sheetmetal (6 to 12 mm wide).

The facing is made of two skins : one full fabric on the surface and one perforated fabric beneath. The roofing has to resist to a 350 kg/m2 wind pressure : it is maintained by arches.
